A Florida brush maker since 1990
A sitewide coupon code and free shipping over $99 are the two easiest savings at Silver Brush. Dee Silver founded Silver Brush Limited in 1990, after more than 13 years selling brushes and studying with master brush makers. The company is based in Clearwater, Florida.
It makes brushes for watercolor, gouache, oil and acrylic. They are grouped into series such as Black Velvet, Grand Prix, Silver Mop, Ruby Satin and Bristlon. Palette knives, travel brushes and brush cases fill out the range. Black Velvet rounds start at $15.80, while a seven-piece rounds set costs $204.75.
Getting more brush for the money
A sitewide code works hardest on sets, where a percentage off a larger total adds up quickly. The Clearance Sale section is worth checking first. Brush cases there have dropped from $38.30 to $15.32. Newsletter subscribers hear about new promotions and product launches.
Shipping thresholds shape the order too. UPS Standard is free over $99 in the continental US. Below that, USPS Ground Advantage starts at $5.99. Returns are accepted within 30 days for a refund of the product price, with no reason needed.
Need paint and canvas as well? Blick Art Materials covers the rest of the studio. Easels and storage come from MEEDEN, and collage and journaling supplies from Stampington & Company.
