Homary sells furniture and decor across sofas, dining tables, desks, bathroom vanities, kitchen islands, lighting and outdoor pieces, shipping free to the US, Canada and Australia from more than ten warehouses that dispatch most orders within 48 hours. The trade off worth knowing before you order is the returns policy: you get 30 days and a three year warranty, but a restocking fee of up to 15 percent applies when nothing is actually wrong with the item, so measure twice rather than ordering two options. For the soft furnishings that finish a room, Bedsure and Instamattress cover what a furniture catalogue does not.
FAQ
What does Homary sell?
The catalogue covers furniture and home decor: sofas, dining tables, desks, bathroom vanities, kitchen islands, lighting, outdoor pieces and storage. The positioning is affordable luxury rather than budget flat pack.
Is shipping free?
Yes, Homary ships free to customers in the United States, Canada and Australia. Most items are dispatched within 48 hours from a network of more than ten global warehouses.
How long does delivery take?
Standard items usually move within 1 to 2 business days of confirmed payment. Oversized furniture is estimated at 3 to 7 business days once it leaves the warehouse.
What is the returns policy?
There is a 30 day return window. If the product is not faulty you cover the return or exchange costs, including a restocking fee of up to 15 percent, so it is worth checking dimensions carefully before ordering.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Shipping damage needs to be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Photograph the packaging and the item before you dispose of anything, since that is what supports the claim.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, Homary offers a three year warranty alongside the 30 day return window. There is also a free design service and a trade programme for business customers.
