What DYU builds
DYU sits at the budget end of the electric bike market, with the range running from roughly 499 to 1,499 euros, so a percentage code moves real money here without the basket having to be large. The line up splits into folding models such as the D3S, T1, C2 and A1F Pro, commuter bikes including the C6, fat tyre models like the M20 and C9, and the CampX e wagon, plus chargers, locks, mounts and brake parts as accessories.
The brand belongs to Shenzhen Dayu Intelligent Mobility Technology and states it has sold over a million electric bicycles worldwide. Shipping on e bikes is free with delivery quoted at 5 to 7 days. Every bike carries a one year all inclusive warranty against manufacturing defects, with claims valid within a year of the original delivery date, and there is a 30 day return window on orders placed through dyucycle.com.
Check the return conditions before you ride
The return terms are stricter than a normal clothing return and are easy to fall foul of: the bike has to come back unused with under 10 kilometres on the display, in the original packaging, with everything that came in the box and proof of purchase. Take the first ride only once you are sure of the frame size and fold. For portable power to charge on the road, see Jackery and BougeRV.
